Monster Story for App of the Month!

Monster Story was just released in August and it is one amazing game for those with Apple devices or even Android devices!

The game is designed beautifully to work on both devices and it is probably one of the best breeding apps for Android devices and at least one of the top 5 breeding games for iOS device (iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch).

Why was it chosen for App of the Month

Competitive gameplay

If you love building and breeder games then you will certainly love this app. Monster Story plays very similar to its big brother, Dragon Story, which was release before Monster Story. It fixes up a few bugs making it run smoother then Dragon Story on older devices keeping the same old gameplay mechanics.

In Monster Story, instead of breeding and collecting dragons you get to collect cute adorable and cool looking monsters! Here’s some pictures.

It’s definitely hard to argue that those are some really cool monsters right? When this game was released, we knew players will fall in love with breeding their own cool monster and building their volcano top (or island).

What makes this app’s gameplay competitive to any other monster breeding type games out there in the App Store or Play Store is that the prices, breeding time, earning rates and so forth are reasonable (As it stands August 25 2012). We know that some times updates on games can change this over the air so we want to let players know that the evaluation is based on this date.

Most players scream when the times are over 10 hours and when it hits 20 hours + they put their games down. However, Monster Story keeps the breeding time reasonable. You will find that most beginner hybrid breeding times are about 3-10 hours. When players begin to breed rare monster it will be about 10-18 hours. However, when you get an ultra rare monster like the Diamond Pegasus, expect that to be 44 hours and most players are find with that because its an ultra rare monster.

Tons of Monsters to collect

The collection of monsters for Monsters Story are simply growing each week and quite possibly each day in the development end. The monsters are simply amazing. You have a ton of elements, to choose from like the Tree Rex, Blue Blob, and Fire Fox to name a few and they are all beautifully designed to capture the imagination of players.
