DragonVale players, the Ash Dragon has just been released into the markets and it’s a dark black monster with lite orange that looks similar to lighting ashes.
We’re not sure if this is the Halloween Dragon for 2012 or may be an normal dragon just released for this month but it says something about a magical boomstick. So that means that you probably want this dragon in your DragonVale park just to be safe and not worry about losing it if it is an limited time dragon.
How to breed the Ash Dragon
For veteran players, breeding the Ash Dragon isn’t a difficult task. It’s elements are Lightning and Plant. There doesn’t appear to be any special combination as a requirement for breeding this dragon. We got it using it’s core elements.
To breed the Ash Dragon, simply use a Lightning Dragon and a Plant Dragon in your breeding island or breeding cave. The breeding time should be 6 hours for breeding this Ash Dragon.
The Ash Dragon egg has swirls of Yellow and Green and upon hatching, you can place the dragon into any Plant or Lightning Habitat.

Please keep in mind that this is a ultra rare dragon and that breeding the Ash Dragon may not be easy. It will take time and breeding the Ash Dragon is up to your game to give you the dragon and the breeding order of left or right will not affect your chance of getting it.
The level of your dragons also does not matter but your park must be at least level 10. Good Luck breeding!
