The Sapphire Dragon was just released into DragonVale markets for both breeding and purchase. That happened less than 2 hours ago and here we are with the exclusive breeding combination that will get you breeding for this Sapphire Dragon.
This Sapphire Dragon is a blue dragon with colors of dark blue and hints of purple with yellow eyes. The dragon itself looks like a water type dragon and definitely looks similar to the recently released Rain Dragon. The egg is also dark blue with what appears to be slight cracks on the sides to make it look unique.
How to breed Sapphire Dragon

To breed the Sapphire Dragon, you must use a Mountain Dragon and a Rain Dragon for a chance to breed this exclusive dragon for September babies. Keep in mind that you have an entire month to breed this dragon and that it won’t be difficult if you are constantly breeding each day. However, if you breed dragons slowly, for example once a week then it’s much better to purchase this dragon.
If you cannot breed the Sapphire Dragon then please know that the breeding left and right order will not affect your breeding process. The level of your dragons will also not affect the breeding process. It is up to your game to give you the Sapphire Dragon breeding time of 30 hours if you are lucky.
That being said, using the Epic Breeding Island will give you a much higher chance at breeding the Sapphire Dragon oppose to using the Breeding Cave.
