Brockman in The Simpsons: Tapped Out is a character released in early November 2012, as part of their their new update and the introduction of new celebrity characters for players. This character is a C-List Celebrity and requires a specific building to unlock into your game.
This character is known as a building character and you can unlock him by buying the Channel 6 building in your game. When you purchase this building, this character will join your Tapped Out city and unlock quests that relates to her.
