The Devil Donuts Cart is an item found in The Simpsons: Tapped Out during the Season 24 event for your Tapped Out city.  You need to ensure that you have the update which should unlock other “ Season 24 event items” in the game. This is a Cash item which means it will cost Green cash, and you must use cash to purchase this item in the game, there is no other way to get this item other than purchasing it using donuts.

This item was first released on May 17th 2013 as part of the  Season 24 or Season event update in the game. Please keep in mind that this is a limited edition item which means that it will be gone after the event. If the item is gone, you may find the item reappear in the game during the event if the event comes back in later years.
