You need to reach level 15, and complete all the quests to build the Squidport Entrance and get to Pt. 5 of the
This character has no job and cannot be tapped. When you purchase this character, he begins walking on your Boardwalk only but when you try to tap on the character nothing happens.
He does not say anything nor does menu’s come up so he’s just an additional character that is added into your Tapped Out city in the boardwalk section of the game near the beach.
Quests required to unlock character
- Talk to Homer.
- He asks you to expand into the sea and waters.
- Once you have expanded into the beach then the sea.
- This will unlock the Squidport Entrance.
- After building the Squidport Entrance, you will be able to access the Houseboat
- You will get the Sea Captain, talk to the Sea Captain eventually Complete the “Squidport Pt. 5″ quest.
