Sherri & Terri is a pair of characters that was released on August 29, 2013 with a couple of brand new items in the game. Most of the updates during this date was not that big and it came with a few more premium items and dollar cost items.
This is actually two characters but is treated as one when purchase and given the job list. They are twin sisters and can only be purchased using donuts. That means they are a premium character and can be found in the premium stuff section of the game.

It cost about 150 donuts to purchase the two characters and it unlock this character duo into Springfield. Which includes Sherri & Terri for the city but they are treated as one character with a single job list.
