This is a premium item which means it will cost donuts, and you must use donuts to purchase this item in the game, there is no other way to get this item other than purchasing it using donuts.

This item was first released on April 10th 2013 as part of the Whacking Day or Season event update in the game. Please keep in mind that this is a limited edition item which means that it will be gone after the event. If the item is gone, you may find the item reappear in the game during the event if the event comes back in later years.
