This is a premium character available to Springfield Tapped Out players in the Springfield section of the game. You can only obtain this character from purchasing The Grumple’s premium purchase which is unlocked During Christmas time in the building section of the game and can be purchased using cash.
It cost about 120 donuts to purchase this character into your game and is only available for a limited time. Once you purchase this character you will be able to have him roam your tapped out city
