The Simpsons: Tapped Out – Tom O’ Flanagan
The Tom O’ Flanagan is a character in The Simpsons: Tapped Out that you can obtain when you purchase the O’ Flanagan’s Pub. This new building and character was added into the game On March 8th 2013.
When you get this character, you will then notice that he is part of the Plant Workers section of the game along with another workers. He is the first Plant Worker to be released into the game that can be obtained normally through the game’s progression.

As noted, you must purchase the O’ Flanagan’s Pub building on the St. Patrick’s day event.. Once you’ve purchased the O’ Flanagan’s Pub, Tom O’ Flanagan will join your tapped out city.
