To get this monster you need to breed Fire with Fire Hybrid for a random chance to get the Mythic Hallow Monster during Mythic Halloween event.
Other Recommended combinations is using a Bug Monster and a Cinder Monster

- Fire Monster + Magma Monster
in your breeding den because it has been proven. Easiest monster include Bug Monster and Flower Monster.
Keep in mind the breeding left or right does not matter, it takes time to breed certain monster and it is up to your game to be able to breed for this Mythic Hallow Monster. The Level of your monster also does not matter.

If you want to evolve your Mythic Hallow Monster then be sure to level your Mythic Hallow Monster to level 5 for a teen Mythic Hallow Monster then level the Mythic Hallow Monster to level 8 for the adult form. Keep in mind that you need to feed them food for them to evolve and that each monster has their own set of “Tuck in time” when they are evolving.
