It’s that time again in DragonVale, a Limited Edition Dragon is back in the game for breeding and it is called the Blue Moon Dragon. The Blue Moon Dragon is one of the rarest dragon of all dragons in the game (similar to the leap dragon dragon) and is only available for a couple of days for players.

Shining down celestial magic on your park today, it’s the return of the epic and rare Blue Moon Dragon! Only available through August 24th.

If you haven’t gotten the Blue Moon Dragon before then know that it’s one of the rarest dragons of them all in DragoVale, so the return of this dragon is an good opportunity for players that have missed the dragon to get the dragon into their game. In 2012, this dragon was released for a very limited time – roughly 2-3 days – only players with extreme luck were able to obtain this dragon in their game and it seems that the Blue Moon Dragon will again will be available for a short period time and if you miss the opportunity, you may need to wait until next time.

  How to breed Blue Moon Dragon?

The Blue Moon Dragon is only available for a limited time and you can either buy one directly from the market or breed one using the same combination to get the moon dragon. You can find the combination in the video below, we will further talk about breeding strategies and notes on breeding.

Breeding Notes

• Breeding Left or Right does not matter
• Level 20 dragons will give you the best chance at getting rare dragons (Spring Effective 2013)
• Using the breeding cave or breeding tree does not matter but the breeding tree will give you a better chance at getting this dragon.
• The dragon is only available until August 24th 2013 for breeding. (It is August 21 2013)
