Arel Wars 2 Gameplay
We’ve talked about RPGs for quite a while but rest assured that this is no RPG game. The gameplay of Arel Wars 2 is very similar to an Defense type game where you will try to protect your tower and keep enemies from blowing it up.
The gameplay in the game is quite unique, you actually get to select a hero or character for the game. If you’ve played defense games before, you know there’s generally no character selection except for the “Henchmen” you control to tackle the enemy. So getting your own character and being able to customize them is pretty cool.
You’ll be able to customize your character with Armor, Helmet, and Weapons building your ultimate character for your game which is pretty cool. If you’re into defense games then this is definitely an evolution in gameplay for you. And the best thing is, you get to control the character!

The graphics in the game takes after traditional jRPGs and you can feel that there is a great amount of detail even in the tiniest icons.

Arel Wars 2 is a great defense game for mobile players. It brings a traditional sense of jRPGs to a defense style gameplay helping players build an emotional connection between their game and character.
Defense style games always suffered from one major problem. And that is there is not much of a connection between the multiple characters (or buildings) a player commands. Arel Wars 2 gameplay has changed that, nothing is neater than being able to choose and build your own hero commander in a defense game to take out your enemy’s fortress.
The game loses points because the sliding advertisement banner is simply annoying during gameplay. While the first come or second time the banner slides down may be fine but slides itself down 3 or more times per game is simply annoying. It’s almost like watching a movie then having banners slide down every 3 minutes.
That being said, if you’re thinking, I can shut off the internet and play the game advertisement-free well.. the game requires you to have internet access to play. Strange isn’t it because defense games shouldn’t have the need to connect to the internet.
All in all, it’s a good game on an gaming idea/development level. The experience is quite frustrating from the points above. If those are fixed it’s an absolutely amazing defense game.
Bottom line: Innovative Defense game.
