Disney Super Speedway Gameplay
The gameplay for Super Speedway is quite fun especially if you are a fan of cartoons in the game. It is however motion sensor based so depending on your device it’ll have a different feel.
Gamers using a less heavy device like iPhone/iPod or even an iPad mini might not feel the weight but for iPad users, it might be tiring.
The general controls for the game is to tilt right to move right and left to move left. Some games may accelerate if your device is tilted forward but it does not appear to apply to the controls here. You’ll also get special abilities (rockets, boosts, bombs etc) where you can use them if you tap at the bottom left screen. You can also drift by pressing and holding the button on the right.

The Vehicle
You can select from 6 different vehicles and upgrade them. Some of the upgrades include parts like the wheels, spoiler, scoop, and thrusters. Each one of these upgrades will affect your Speed, Acceleration, Handling and Drifting boost.
You can also paint your vehicle at no bonus to your vehicle stats.
Tracks
There are a total of 9 tracks in total and 3 modes that ranges from Easy, Medium to Hard.

The graphics in the game are modeled in 3-D so you’ll get the full experience of owning the vehicle you’re building and see your favorite characters in action.
The best part about the game is that all the stages are also in 3D giving you a stunning environment to race in. You’ll also see objects you can jump over, go through and even have to dodge while you are racing. So there’s more than just competing against other racers.
Sound
The sound track in the game is exceptionally good. You’ll notice that many of your favorite cartoon soundtracks are now played while you race according to the track you’re on.
One of our personal favorite has always been the Fish Hook music. It can get quite addicting.

Disney Super Speedway is a great game for the family. With so many characters from various animated TV series, it’s hard to dislike anything about the game.
One of the things that players are looking forward to is multiplayer. This is almost essential in any good game today, and it’s really what’s missing in the game. Hopefully an update will add multiplayer capabilities, but even without it, it’s still a good game for the average household gamer.
Bottom line: hmm it’s like Mario Kart but Disney style
