Being a fire and plant dragon their colors are definitely red and green. When you breed this life dragon it will take 3 hours for both hatching and breeding. Once you hatch the life dragon you will be able to place him into a green or red habitat.

Breeding the life dragon requires two dragons and the breeding den. If you want to breed the life dragon use the fire dragon on the left and the forest dragon on the right. If you find yourself with a 3 hours hatching time then you have a life dragon breeding in your den!
Dragon Story: Life Dragon Evolution Guide
The Life Dragon will have four forms. He will evolve into his second form at level 4. Once you have leveled him to level 6 you will need to use the evolution temple where you will need to further evolve him for the other evolutions.
