The Dodo dragon is one of the two dragons released on Friday April 13 2012. The Dodo dragon however was discovered by players as early as when the metal dragons were released

This dodo dragon is an air and earth element dragon that does not have wings, making him very similar to the earth dragon. The dodo dragon however is not a re-color of the original earth dragon yet considered more of an extension to the creature. You can tell from his dark blue color that this dodo dragon is definitely not just any earth dragon. He has much more fur and symbols that are shown throughout his body that represents his nature.

Although the dodo dragon was released at similar times to the steel dragon, the dodo dragon was not placed into the market for players yet required players to obtain him strictly through breeding. Although players could breed the dragon, many players have found it difficult to successfully breed the dodo dragon and it may take some time before you are able to get one. So your best bet is to keep trying using one of the first discovered breeding combinations below. You can also see the dodo dragon when it is fully grown in the pictures from Gameteep below.

If you want to breed the dodo dragon you can use the willow dragon and the earth dragon for a chance to get the dodo dragon. Remember that the dodo dragon consists of elements of Air and Earth. Remember that earth is one of the key elements to getting the dodo dragon so be sure to use an earth dragon with an air hybrid dragon for a chance to get the dodo dragon in your DragonVale park!
