The Gold Dragon in DragonVale is released! Aligning with the element of coins, the gold dragon is part of a brand new element dubbed “Gold” that has its own habitat and even Gold Flag!

This gold dragon was released to us in the afternoon of July 12, 2012 and has taken DragonVale players by storm as this Gold Dragon is one of the most mystical and uniquely designed dragons ever to released into DragonVale till date. The Gold Dragon featured fully in yellow gold and red skin is one of the most cool looking dragon ever.

Players looking for the Gold Dragon you need to be at least level 17 in DragonVale to unlock the Gold Dragon in your store which cost 2,250 gems for purchase. Once you have purchased the gold dragon you can place him into the Treasure Habitat made specifically to hold the Gold Dragon. If you want to know the sell price of this gold dragon then know that it can get you about 5,000,000 coins once you sell it in your DragonVale game.

If you are looking to breed the Gold Dragon, you need to look for a 48 hours breeding process which is similar to the Sun Dragon and Moon Dragon so don’t get them mixed up until you see the golden scale egg in your DragonVale nest.

      Were you using the Epic Breeding Island or the Breeding Cave? I’ve been using Chrome and Scorch for the entire month of July in the cave to try and get the ruby, no luck, now Im going to use it to try and get the gold as well. How many tries did it take you?

    Scorch and chrome. 48 hours. Might be a rainbow but hope its gold. Normal breeding cave. I used this combo about 4 times before I got something for 4 hours
