There a few ways to get this Toy into your game. The easiest way is to purchase the toy directly from your market.

The second method is to use the Zombie fish to use the “dig” function and dig under-waters for a chance to get this toy into your tank. Keep in mind you will not always get the toys you want but there is a chance to get them through digging. Even if it is a slight chance.
