The Rusty Lock is a toy for the limited edition fish, Witch Fish released on October 26 for Halloween.
It is a toy that helps you improve your fish’s happiness meter, this is generally different for all fish and is randomly chosen when the fish is hatched. If you want to get the Pin Wheel or any other toys in Fish with Attitude, you must either purchase them with the buying price or you can try to use the “Dig” function found on the fish for a chance to get the toy for free.
