Some of those items include the highly sought after Tier 2 Mega Ticket which allows you to rank up your characters to Tier 2 directly. You also have the option to buy the lesser valuable Tier 2 Rank Up ticket which allows you to take your character to Tier 2 after reaching the requirements. The last important item is probably the 6 star rank up ticket while the others are just minor items that you may purchase at your pleasure.
There are several ways to get the Winter Festival Tokens. One of the easiest ways to get the Winter Festival Tokens is to play the Winter Festival events available daily. You only get 2 tokens per event challenges so you are very limited once the events have been completed but they do come back daily. Now you can also get Winter Festival tokens from purchases from various deals in your local shop during this time as well. Unfortunately, these are the only ways currently available to us and will require players to play consistently to ensure they get enough Tokens to make the important purchases in the game for the Tier 2 tickets.
