The Simpsons Tapped Out updates the game with some brand new items and “Robed figures” aka the Stonecutter’s group or clan depending on how you want to look at it. You must build the Stonecutter Lodge to have access to your first Robed character which is Number One. Then you will be able to get multiple other characters robed.
The Stonecutter Lodge is the first thing you have to build to begin the Stonecutters quests. Keep in mind you will be asked to build this once you have updated your game.

Get more Stonecutters as outfits or extra costumes so you can complete stonecutter quests.
