DragonVale players are you excited about the release of the Blue Moon Dragon for DragonVale? We certainly are! The Blue Moon Dragon has just been released into DragonVale markets and it is one of the most beautiful dragons ever (we think) released into DragonVale parks.
This Blue Moon Dragon is magical, it’s beautiful, it’s elegant and is probably the sister of the popular Moon Dragon. We were pretty excited about this Blue Moon Dragon when we first saw the release of its pictures. Now that it’s int he market, we assure you that its the most beautiful thing you’ve seen! It looks like a unicorn moon dragon with horns! How cool is that?
How to breed Blue Moon Dragon
Less of the design and more to how to get the dragon right? Well breeding the Blue Moon Dragon isn’t difficult because it uses the same combination as the original moon dragon. That being said, it is believed that there is only 36 hours to breed this dragon and it will disappear from DragonVale markets. We’ve haven’t confirmed the rumors but that’s what is being acknowledged so its best to breed it immediately.
The Blue Moon Dragon is actually a lightning and cold element dragon, which means that it will require you to have those two elements within your breeding combination. The most recommended combination is Lightning Dragon and Cold Dragon. Other combinations include Storm Dragon and Fire Dragon.

Other people said storm and cold and they said’ first and third try’ and that kind of stuff
I got one with fire and storm on my first try, and on my second try with sonic and iceberg I also got one.
I got a blue moon on the first try with iceberg and sonic. So excited to see what it looks like, I might have to use my gems to hatch it now!
I got it first try with Flower dragon on left and Storm dragon on right in epic breeding island.
got this using sonic and iceberg third try… quite easy more than trying regular moon dragon, I haven't got the regular yet..
