We’re happy to see that Mermaid World has made update 1.2.3 and have fixed some of the major problems players have been encountering in the game. We’ve even updated our Mermaid World Review here because crashing was one of the major problems that have held the rating down for us in this game.
While some players have already reported new crashing problems, work is almost never done in any app and we’re confident the developers are working restlessly to solve the new bugs. For the majority of players that have been experiencing problems with crashing on two of the key gameplay can now rest assured that they will be able to get past those stages.
The two major bug fixes are:
- When players call for mermaids while singing the game may automatically close (crash).
- When players want to unlock new Summits for new mermaids the game will automatically close (crash).

game is still crashing at the loading screen, hard to play a game that won’t even start, please fix or let us know when an update to eliminate the crashing has been released as I will be deleting it from ipad and my memory if nothing can be done
It won’t even load it just says the Internet connection was lost

The game crashes every time we try to run it now. It will appear to complete the load process then immediately crash. It does this every time we try to run the game. We downloaded the newest update today (1-13-13) but it did not fix this issue. If we uninstall and reinstall this game, will we lose all of our data (mermaids, money, etc) as our granddaughter will be very disappointed if so.
Please help. Everytime i open mermaid world, it crashes right after loading my game. I might not be able to get winter mermaid since she’s on a limited edtion. Help

Downloading the update was the worst thing I could have done. Now all it does is crash in the singing summit an made me lose my winter mermaid! I am very very upset and would like to either know how to go back to the old version or what to do to fix this. I almost had the winter mermaid and now I can’t even try to call her again without it crashing

A mermaid seems to be stuck in the calling summit – even though the call is done and the other mermaid is free…any ideas about how to release her? We are on the new version 1.2.3.
When i try to open it in the loading screen it say internet fonnection lost. Im connecting to wifi! Anybody ever experienced this problem? Please help some!
