The Simpsons: Tapped Out – Reactor Core
To get the Reactor Core in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, which is the second part of Mr. Burn’s nuclear power plant rebuilding you need to be at least Level 11 and have activated the first building. The first building to the nuclear power plant is called the Cooling Towers, once you have purchased that you will be asked to build the Reactor Core in a quest called It’s Pronounced Nu-cular Pt. 2.
Once you have purchased the Cooling Towers for your Tapped Out town you can also purchase the Reactor core at level 11 for 18500 cash. If you don’t you will not be able to advance further into the game to unlock the Control Building for Mr. Burns power plant.

I am level 12 and still have not been able to unlock thr nuke plant, what didn’t i do?
Well mightve been a glitch cause im on lvl 11 and I am building it soooo yh dunno wat happened there
