The Simpsons: Tapped Out – Skinner
Principal Skinner in Tapped Out is the owner of the Springfield Elementary. Lisa Simpson finds that without education in Springfield, she is losing her abilities to write correct sentences and she asks the school to be build. Principal Seymour Skinner is the principal at the Springfield Elementary school you have built for your Tapped Out city and he comes with many jobs to stop you from skipping classes. In the Simpsons show Skinner is always out looking for trouble makers like Bart Simpson, and at time he would even march down the streets of Springfield just to find Bart skipping class for a daily ice cream or two. Skinner has a mother that is at home and most of the time, given Principal Skinner’s harsh tones towards the children, he is actually quite the puppy to his mother. You will find Skinner’s mother calling Skinner by his first name Seymour and he would respond in a kind tone “Yes, mother’”.
The the Simpsons: Tapped Out, to unlock Skinner you must complete all of Lisa’s quest and she will reveal a quest to build the Springfield Elementary as mentioned above. Once you have completed the building you will unlock Skinner into your Tapped Out town, member this building takes 24 hours to complete and it does require you to complete all of your quest to be able to get Lisa to mention her sentence structure. When you unlock Skinner you will notice that most of his jobs are either being the cross-guard or tracking down students to punish but he does have a much softer job where he does bird watching.
