The Tweedle Monster is a main element monster and can be purchased in the Cold Island. You must purchase the Cold Island to be able to see this monster and is only available in the Cold Island as of September 3rd 2012.
Keep in mind that breeding the monsters left or right does not matter. And that if you are not getting the monsters then you must continue trying until your game gives you the correct breeding time. Breeding is ultimately up to chance and you may get multiple monsters depending on their rarity.

I think that it’s kinda dumb cause it doesn’t tell you what monsters to breed to have the tweed le monster so how is this helping at all ?? But the good thing is it only cost 300 coins it’s not much of a big deal so ill just stick with buying the tweedle monster 🙂 when I get the cold island
